The process of buying an apartment is very simplified:
You make your choice of the apartment by viewing it or by looking through our web site our professionals will help you with answers to all your questions;
You reserve it in one of our offices or by e-mail
Reservation fee of 1000 Euro is due within one week from the date of the reservation.
We sign a preliminary contract (in presence or by fax/ post);
The payment schedule is very advantageous for the investors:
30 % of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
20 % is due at finishing the rough construction and the roofing;
50 % third installment at completion of the complex
Notary act after full payment;
The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the company clients pay no fee for that.
You pay additionally only the half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.

- 4, 80 EURO per square meter for each apartment a year + VAT 20% for advance payment for five years
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
