Ruse has a feel od Central European elegance. Despite being blighted by the concrete and steel overlay provided by Bulgarias post war planners, it's still a city of peacefull residential streets, where art nouveau inspired ornamentationdrips from delicate turn of the century houses. Ruse has many historical sites and a great relaxed feel to its downtown streets.
