The complex for pork meat production and processing is located in the village of General Kantradzhievo, district of Varna. It is located at 18 km. away from the town of Varna, at 3 km. away from Albena resort and at 10 km. away from Golden Sands resort. The complex is a bigger production devision of an internal cycle for pig breeding and pork meat processing and its total land area is 125 482 sq. m. with 18 000 sq. m. open plan area.
The complex was built up in 1985 as a subsidiary division to the Republic of Bulgaria Navy and for its establishment were invested twenty-five million leva or about 13 000 thirteen million euro.
From 2000 till 2003 the complex was functioning with a decreasing capacity and in the beginning of 2004 the stock was completely sold and the activity ceased.

-cleaning station for public and industrial sewage with an overall underground sewage and drainage system adjoining it.
- four independent own water sources with unlimited deficiency throughout the year;

- workshop for production and storage of salami and smoked meat by Austrian technology and equipment- model 1999.

- two independent sites for building extension in case of eventual needs of additional production warehouses and storehouses;
- administrative building with guard-rooms and a parking lot for guests adjoining it.
The above constructed industrial capacity enable production and processing both of pork and other kind of meat, including bird meat for which it won't be necessary the already-built infrastructure to be changed, even at the review of independent parts for storehouse and production rooms.
