This new priject is situated on the main road between Smolyan and
Pamporovo. It is less than 1 km away from the ski tracks and facilities.
At the first stage of the project we are offering 43 apartments which will be completed in hotel style. The size of the apartments
is between 41 and 70 square meters. All of the apartments (except type A) have south exposure.
The complex includes shops, cafes and restaurants on the first floor, parking spaces on the second floor, and further 4 residential floors of various sizes apartments.
Residents shall enjoy the communal facilities of the complex, including spa center, fitness, spacious lobby area, reception, as well as annual management and maintenance services (including rental services).
All apartments are designed with modern finishing and are fully furnished, including
fully fitted kitchen ( fridge, cooker, washing-machine), TV set and internet.
The construction starts in September 2006, completion is in the summer of 2007, just before the beginning of 2007
winter season. The payment plan is:
30% upon signing the preliminary contract;
30% upon construction of the building roof (Act 14);
40% upon signing the notary deed
The reservation fee is 1000 euros
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We do offer maintaince, the prices vary depending on the size of the apartment, between 400 and 500 euros per year.
A rental guarantee is something we don't offer directly. We can guarantee 8% annual rental guarantee (for the first three years) to those who
buy their apartments as an investment. The management service will also deal with the lettings, prices will be accordingly to the market.
Bank guarantee for payments is provided.
